The Supreme Court will hear a case involving a mislabeled medical marijuana product. A commercial truck driver suffering from hip and shoulder injuries took the product which claimed to have zero THC, but that driver later failed a drug test and was fired from his job. CBS News contributor Jessica Levinson has more.
