Judge delays resentencing hearing for Menendez brothers

A California judge on Monday delayed his decision on whether to resentence the Menendez brothers until January. In October, the outgoing Los Angeles district attorney requested a judge reconsider Lyle and Erik’s sentences for the 1989 murders of their parents after new evidence was introduced.
